Trayectorias de vida de mujeres jóvenes y su proceso de empoderamiento como agentes de cambio en la localidad de Manchay, Lima, durante el periodo 2017-2022

Resumen
El objetivo general de la investigación es analizar los factores que han contribuido al
logro de las expectativas educacionales, empoderamiento y desarrollo de habilidades
humanas de cuatro jóvenes de Manchay a partir del análisis de sus trayectorias de
vida y de su participación en los programas de Ruwasunchis, para contribuir a mejorar
las políticas de juventud. La técnica empleada es la historia de vida, realizada a partir
de entrevistas semiestructuradas y entrevistas grupales, que integren tanto la versión
personal de las jóvenes sujetos de estudio, como las de sus madres, las de otras
jóvenes y compañeras y las de voluntarias de Ruwasunchis.
Esta investigación llegó a las siguientes conclusiones: (i) Ruwasunchis es un espacio
resiliente que protege y acoge a las niñas; (ii) la madre es un modelo de resiliencia y
de superación, que ha inspirado y dado soporte emocional a las mujeres jóvenes a lo
largo de su vida; (iii) los tutores de resiliencia han tenido una influencia importante en
la vida de las jóvenes y en el desarrollo de su resiliencia; (iv) las experiencias vividas
en Ruwasunchis han desarrollado sus habilidades humanas como liderazgo auténtico,
empatía, resiliencia y comunicación efectiva, también han influido significativamente
en sus expectativas académicas y laborales; (v) participar a lo largo de años en
actividades donde primó la solidaridad y la empatía, desarrollo más su empatía y
promovió su solidaridad, que hoy llevan a la práctica como agentes de cambio.
The general objective of the research is to analyze the factors that have contributed to the achievement of educational expectations, empowerment, and development of human skills of four young people from Manchay based on the analysis of their life trajectories and their participation in the Ruwasunchis programs, to contribute to improving youth policies. The technique used is the life story, carried out from semistructured interviews and group interviews, which integrate the personal version of the young subjects of the study, as well as those of their mothers, those of other young women and colleagues, and volunteers from Ruwasunchis. This research reached the following conclusions: (i) Ruwasunchis is a resilient space that protects and welcomes girls; (ii) the mother is a model of resilience and improvement who has inspired and provided emotional support to young women throughout her life; (iii) resilience tutors have had an essential influence on the lives of young women and the development of their resilience; (iv) the experiences lived at Ruwasunchis have developed their human skills such as authentic leadership, empathy, resilience and effective communication, and have also significantly influenced their academic and work expectations; (v) participating over the years in activities where she prioritized solidarity and empathy, further developed her empathy and promoted her solidarity, which today they put into practice as agents of change.
