Resumen
Los informes y reportes subnacionales Doing Business del Banco Mundial son de
bibliografía obligatoria para los hacedores de política, en el Perú, no existe un reporte
subnacional o un informe de una ciudad especifica de la facilidad de hacer negocio. En ese
sentido, la presente investigación proporciona información eficaz, adecuada y verídica para
poder investigar, entender y mejorar las normas que regulan la actividad empresarial en la
provincia de Cañete.
La investigación se realizó bajo la metodología del Doing Business del Banco
Mundial a través de los instrumentos de medición como son las “Guías de Entrevistas” y se
evalúan cinco pilares, apertura de negocio, obtención de electricidad, registro de propiedad,
permiso de construcción y cumplimiento de contratos. Los resultados del estudio brindan las
brechas existentes entre los costos en tiempo y dinero de los datos recopilados en el trabajo
de campo e información recopilada según las leyes y normas (gabinete) en la ciudad de
cañete
The World Bank's Doing Business subnational reports and reports are of mandatory bibliography for policymakers; in Peru, there is no sub-national report or a cityspecific report on the ease of doing business. In this sense, the present investigation provides effective, adequate and truthful information to be able to investigate, understand and improve the norms that regulate the business activity in the province of Cañete. The research was carried out under the World Bank's Doing Business methodology through the measurement instruments such as "Interview Guide" and five pillars are assessed, opening of business, obtaining of electricity, registration of property, construction permit and compliance with Contracts. The results of the study provide the gaps between the time and money costs of the data collected in the fieldwork and information gathered according to the laws and regulations (cabinet) in the city of Cañete
