dc.description.abstractThis study examines the evolution of procedures for claiming damages due to industrial property rights violations in Mexico. It reviews three laws: the 1976 Inventions and Trademarks Law, the Industrial Property Law, and the Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property, focusing on their provisions for damage claims. After outlining the legislative evolution, key court rulings are analyzed to show how they have influenced legal development and provided precedents guiding judges in their application.en_US
dc.description.abstractEste trabajo analiza la evolución de los procedimientos para reclamar daños y perjuicios por violaciones a derechos de propiedad industrial en México. Se estudian tres leyes: la Ley de Invenciones y Marcas de 1976, la Ley de la Propiedad Industrial y la Ley Federal de Protección a la Propiedad Industrial, revisando sus disposiciones sobre estos reclamos. Tras explicar la evolución legislativa, se analizan resoluciones clave de los tribunales mexicanos que han influido en la mejora de la legislación y han establecido precedentes que guían a los jueces en su aplicación.es_ES
