Esta consultoría se realizó en la empresa J&R Servicios Múltiples Chugur SRL, con Ruc: 20496017359, J&R es una empresa cajamarquina que fue constituida en el año 2008, se creó con el fin de ser una empresa especializada de brindar servicios de movimiento de tierras, ingeniería, construcción, electricidad y obras civiles en el sector minero. La duración de esta implementación conllevaría un tiempo aproximado de ejecución de 28 semanas (7 meses) y tendría un costo de inversión de S/ 800,000.00. Esta inversión se podrá recuperar en un período de tres años y dos meses aproximadamente. Finalmente, se obtuvo un valor actual neto (VAN) de S/ 1,518,472.71, una tasa interna de retorno (TIR) de 52% y una tasa de descuento de 9.07%.
