Resumen
En el presente documento se elabora el Planeamiento Estratégico de la empresa Supermercados Peruanos S. A. (en adelante SPSA) que opera dentro de la industria peruana de retail. En el Perú, la penetración de mercado en ésta industria es aún pequeña, dado que, un alto porcentaje de las opciones de compra de los consumidores están orientadas hacia los mercados tradicionales y bodegas, lo que significa que existen grandes espacios para desarrollarse.
Es así como surge el presente plan para el desarrollo de estrategias y objetivos que permitan a SPSA aprovechar las oportunidades del entorno y alcanzar su consolidación en el mercado peruano, teniendo en cuenta entre otros aspectos, el estudio de los factores internos y externos. Estas estrategias y objetivos, se originan del análisis de las diferentes matrices que permiten entender la situación actual de SPSA para dar paso a la nueva visión planteada al año 2025, manteniendo una estrecha relación con la comunidad y el medio ambiente.
Las estrategias propuestas del presente documento se concretan en objetivos de largo y de corto plazo, los mismos que marcan los hitos para el logro de la nueva visión de SPSA: al 2025 ser el supermercado más rentable del Perú, a través de un uso sostenible y eficiente de los recursos, impactando positivamente en la calidad de vida de nuestros clientes y de la comunidad
The following paper elaborates on the strategic plan of Supermercados Peruanos S.A., which is a company that operates in the Peruvian supermarkets industry. In Peru, the market penetration in this industry is still small as a high percentage of the buying options for consumers are oriented towards tradition markets and local corner shops, meaning there are large areas for development. In view of this, the following paper aims to develop the strategies and objectives that allow SPSA to take advantage of the surrounding opportunities and reach their full capacity in the Peruvian market, taking into account the study of internal and external factors, among other aspects. These strategies and objectives originated from the analysis of the different matrix that allow SPSA’s current situation to be understood giving way to the new vision outlined for 2025, which maintains a tight relationship with the community and the environment. The proposed strategies in the following paper focus on the long and short term objectives, which will set the milestones for the achievement of SPSA’s new vision: to be the most profitable supermarket in Peru by 2025, through a sustainable and efficient use of resources with a positive impact on the quality of life of our customers and community
