Abstract
Close2U, es una startup peruana especializada en tecnología, seguridad de datos,
tributación y gestión comercial. Tiene más de seis años de experiencia en aplicaciones web y
móviles creando soluciones para todo nivel. A la fecha atiende a más de 3,300 micro y
mediana empresas en más de 30 industrias a nivel nacional. Es un Proveedor de Servicios
Electrónicos (PSE) dos veces ganador en Innóvate Perú.
A través del Business Consulting se realizó un análisis de la situación general de la
empresa y se replanteó los objetivos principales, teniendo como objetivo identificar el
problema principal de la empresa, para ello, se utilizó el método de la matriz de criticidad, a
través del cual, se identificó el problema central; (a) no contar con un plan de marketing y
ventas, (b) no tener una estrategia digital para la obtención de leads de calidad y; (c) la
necesidad de una estrategia de retención y fidelización de clientes. Las iniciativas propuestas
para afrontar el problema clave son: (a) la implementación de un plan de marketing y ventas,
(b) plan de marketing digital con indicadores clave de monitoreo, y (c) estrategia de
fidelización y retención de clientes.
Asimismo, las recomendaciones propuestas están orientadas a que Close2U recupere
su cartera de clientes y se consolide como una empresa rentable a través de la eficiencia y el
uso adecuado de las herramientas digitales actuales manteniendo su compromiso y
responsabilidad social basado en principios de desarrollo sostenible.
Close2U, is a Peruvian startup specialized in technology, data security, taxation, and business management. It has more than six years of experience in web and mobile applications creating solutions for all levels. To date, it serves more than 3,300 micro and medium-sized companies in more than 30 industries nationwide. It is an Electronic Service Provider (ESP) twice a winner in Innóvate Perú. Through Business Consulting, an analysis of the general situation of the company was carried out. The main objectives were redefined, aiming to identify the main problem of the company, for this, the method of the criticality matrix was used, through which the central problem identified was; (a) not having a marketing and sales plan, (b) not having a digital strategy for obtaining quality leads and; (c) the need for customer retention and loyalty strategy. The initiatives proposed to address the critical problem are (a) the implementation of a marketing and sales plan, (b) a digital marketing plan with key monitoring indicators, and (c) customer loyalty and retention strategy. Likewise, the proposed recommendations are aimed at Close2U recovering its client portfolio and consolidating itself as a profitable company through efficiency and the appropriate use of current digital tools while maintaining its commitment and social responsibility based on sustainable development principles.
