The cases were selected using snowball techniques and maximum variation, and the data collected were analyzed using Atlas Ti software. According to Gomez (2010), the time can be devoted to the following types of activities: (a) remunerated productive activities, (b) unpaid productive activities, and (c) nonproductive activities. The results of this research show that professional women spend an average of 47 hours a week on unpaid productive activities, which are labor and 20 hours for non-productive labor, which are related to family responsibilities. The amount of hours spent on unpaid activities decreases when it has housemaid, allowing devote more time to leisure activities and sports. It is concluded that the way women executives in Metropolitan Lima allocate their time has a positive impact on their professional development, as they are willing to work additional hours to the workday, which has allowed them to access opportunities and leadership positions or management. Instead, the impact on his personal life has been negative, as many reported suffering from stress and even health problems, leading in some cases a negative impact on their families
