Abstract
Las organizaciones a nivel mundial buscan mejorar el rendimiento de la empresa y
el bienestar de sus colaboradores, por lo que actualmente se encuentran en constante estudio
e inversión para medir la satisfacción anual y tomar medidas estratégicas que reviertan en
mayor productividad. El presente estudio precisamente trata del estudio de la felicidad en
una organización, de esta deriva un plan de trabajo para mejorarla. La presente investigación
tiene como propósito mejorar la felicidad en los trabajadores de la Sociedad Minera El
Brocal mediante la aplicación del Índice Chamba se determina la relación de la satisfacción
con la vida y la satisfacción laboral, con la finalidad de encontrar los factores que brindan
mayor o menor felicidad en el colaborador. Por ello, se analiza el instrumento en la empresa
recurriendo a dos escalas “Se trabaja para vivir” y “Chamba es chamba”, cuales fueron
aplicadas a una muestra representativa de ochenta y cinco colaboradores. Los resultados
hallados demuestran que los colaborares se encuentran insatisfechos, por lo que la relación
entre la expectativa es mayor que el logro alcanzado en buen lugar para vivir, sentirse bien,
estatus y hogar; en la escala “Chamba es chamba” los resultados muestran que sienten
insatisfacción laboral, puesto que sus expectativas son mayores que el logro alcanzado en los
factores sentirse bien en el trabajo y buen lugar para trabajar. Esto permite identificar y
proponer medidas que reviertan la satisfacción y conseguir mayor rendimiento y
productividad, y ser guía de referencia para otros estudios de investigación de la felicidad en
el ámbito laboral peruano.

The present study is precisely about the study of happiness in an organization, from this derives a work plan to improve it. The present investigation has as purpose to improve the happiness in the workers of the Sociedad Minera El Brocal by means of the application of the Chamba Index the relation of the satisfaction with the life and the labor satisfaction is determined, in order to find the factors that offer greater or less happiness in the collaborator. For this reason, the instrument is analyzed in the company using two scales "It works to live" and "Chamba es chamba", which were applied to a representative sample of eighty-five employees. The results show that the collaborators are dissatisfied, so the relationship between expectation is greater than the achievement achieved in a good place to live, feel good, status and home; on the "Chamba es chamba" scale, the results show that they feel dissatisfaction at work, since their expectations are greater than the achievement achieved in the factors of feeling good at work and a good place to work. This allows us to identify and propose measures that revert satisfaction and achieve greater performance and productivity, and be a reference guide for other studies of happiness research in the peruvian workplace
