Nowadays, according to Sunkel and Ullman (2019), the virtual environment is present in the different daily activities of all people mostly due to Covid 19, so the lack of basic knowledge in the elderly excludes them from carrying out different activities marginalizing from society as Fuerte (2020) declares. Mundo Tec Senior borns to cover the needs of basic technology knowledge in daily elderly life, offering autonomy and confidence through an inclusive service that forms a "virtual technology door" that provides access to training in different technology applications, permanent telephone assistance and being part of a virtual community related to their generation where they feel accompanied and supported to share their needs and expectations. The business model covers only elderly in socioeconomic segments A and B because it allows being profitable thus solving the problem of a small affected population. The goal is to gain experience in this business operation to expand the service coverage to other population segments bringing technological inclusion to a large group of elderly. First instance investment of this project corresponds to S/150,000, mainly used to launch campaign, premises conditioning and applications development, this will be fully financed by three partners. This is considered feasible as it results in a NPV of S/2,721,792, an IRR of 172.11%, and a social NPV of S/ 599,912, over a five years period. The main budget, in the mentioned period of time, is for the Marketing area, more than S/500,000 for brand positioning, to build customer loyalty and satisfaction.
