The proposed strategic plan for Argentina’s Business Schools establishes the alignment for a new mission and vision that will allow meeting the long-term goals identified after a methodic analysis of referred sector. The first part, presents the background and sector´s current situation. Furthermore, the analysis of internal and external situation was performed in order to identify strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and treats which will allow the design of strategies to get the goals established for sector development. The second part details the strategic process, implementation process and strategies assessment, including a sector competitiveness analysis. Finally, a future Argentina’s Business School panorama is presented together with conclusions and recommendations as result of investigations and analysis performed. Concluding, some Argentina’s Business Schools are good models in Latin America and worldwide, as IAE. However, development of such advantage is directly affected by economical and political factors that are inherent to actual country situation. Factors such European investment diminution due to worldwide economical crises, Argentina possible exit from G-20, and including conflictive relationship between Argentina and England because Malvinas islands, have a direct effect over potential students (i.e., local and foreign) when they choose Argentina as a strategic place to invest in a MBA. In this sense, differentiation has a special importance for Argentina’s Business Schools. According to proposed plan, expanding and strengthening linkage with leader companies and prioritizes investigation and accreditation, are key factors for such differentiation.
