This research aims to analyze the relationships between well-being and academic stress and spirituality. The collection of information took place during the COVID-19 pandemic and 100 students from the Letters and Sciences careers of a private university in Metropolitan Lima participated. To measure well-being, the Flowering and SPANE scales (Diener et al., 2010) were used, for Academic Stress, the SISCO questionnaire (Barraza, 2007) and for spirituality the Parsian and Dunning Spirituality Questionnaire (2009). The results showed significant, medium- and large-sized relationships between all areas of well-being with academic stress and spirituality. They highlight correlations between negative affect and all areas of academic stress. Also, correlations were found between positive affect and flourishing with all areas of spirituality. Another result indicated that university students perceive a "moderately high" level of academic stress. Regarding the sociodemographic variables, it was found that women had higher levels of negative affect and academic stress than men. While students who have religious participation show higher levels of spirituality. Finally, fear of COVID-19 is positively associated with almost all areas of academic stress and negatively with spirituality.
