Resumen
El presente trabajo ha planteado una solución ante uno de los principales problemas
que aqueja a la como sociedad, en especial para la ciudad de Lima Metropolitana; y es que
cada vez que se habla sobre el tráfico y/o transporte público y de la delincuencia en Lima,
casi todos los comentarios son malos y termina decepcionando a la población por la poca o
nula reacción que tienen las instituciones para mejorar la situación.
En ese sentido Friendly Car ofrece una solución innovadora a este problema, que
permitirá a los usuarios movilizarse de forma rápida, segura y cómoda a sus centros de
trabajo y permitirá a los ciudadanos con vehículo propio generar ingresos adicionales. Esta
solución llegará a los usuarios mediante una aplicación amigable y de fácil uso, en la cual se
podrá conocer la información tanto del conductor como de la unidad, generando una
sensación de confort y seguridad en los usuarios.
Nuestra propuesta ha sido planteada para que sea sostenible en el tiempo. Generará un
beneficio en la sociedad al brindar una mejor calidad de vida, tendrá un beneficio económico
tanto para la empresa como para el usuario conductor y generará un VAN de S/3,706,285.00
y una TIR de 336.26%. Asimismo, tendremos la oportunidad de reducir la emisión de gases
de efecto invernadero dado que se reducirá el número de unidades que transiten por la ciudad.
The present work has proposed a solution to one of the main problems that afflicts us as a society, especially for the city of Lima: every time we talk about traffic and/or public transport and crime in our city, almost all comments are bad and end up disappointing us with the little or no reaction that our institutions have to improve the situation. Thus, Friendly Car offers an innovative solution that will allow users to move quickly, safely and comfortably to their workplaces and will allow citizens with their own vehicle to generate additional income. This solution will reach users through a friendly and easy-to-use application, in which they will be able to know the information of both the driver and the unit, managing to generate a feeling of comfort and security in users. Our proposal has been raised to be sustainable over time. It will generate a benefit in society by being able to provide citizens with a better quality of life, it will have an economic benefit for both the company and the driver user and it will generate a NPV of S/3,948,550.00 and an IRR of 303.80%. Likewise, we will have the opportunity to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases since the number of units that transit through the city will be reduced.
