Super Sec is a chain of premium laundries that has been operating in Peru since 2014 under an Ecuador’s successful business model. However, the initial mismanagement caused a change in management, with Mr. Martín Muñoz taking over the new company’s management, focusing mainly on clearing debts and achieving sales. Although the company has been generating revenue since 2016, it has presented various troubles during its management in recent years, affecting the service experience to its customers, showing a slowdown in sales since 2018, which was exacerbated by the current situation of Covid-19 pandemic. After learning about the situation of the company, it was offer up to carry out a Business Consulting to improve its current situation. Besides the respective analysis, it was concluded that among the numerous problems identified, the company had an outdated value proposition for its client, which turns out to be the main cause in not achieving the expected sales. For this reason, after weighing its existing problems, it was concluded that the solution proposal should start with a deep understanding of the actual customer needs, that is why the Design Thinking methodology turned out to be the most appropriate for this case. After that, the improvements would have to be implemented to face the situation and an innovative, desirable, technically viable, and economically profitable value proposition was provided, which was suitable to ensure that the Super Sec service meets customer expectations. In order to achieve these structural changes, an implementation plan must be made, whose investment is S/ 103,190. An economic analysis was carried out, which proved to be economically viable, being this a project that creates value to the company.
