S/4’345,553.
Nowadays, unemployment is one of the relevant social problems that most affects this country, which has been seen intensified with the star of the pandemic COVID-19, unfortunately, this situation is not foreign to the reality of the Peruvian women. The importance of solving this problem is based on maintaining family care. Thus, this investigation starts over that premise, focusing, as a principal actor, in women from 30 to 55 years old, who reside in Metropolitan Lima, belonging to sectors C, D and E, and who currently don’t have a formal job to help them subsist in a dignified way. Over this problem, and, after an exhaustive analysis of the needs of the unemployed women along with an evaluation to the Peruvian market industry in which they could work, arises Amigas del Hogar or Home Friends, a business proposal that will hire women with the aforementioned features, whose task is to provide professional cleaning, washing and ironing services, meeting high standards of quality, trust and safety in the houses of people who belong to socioeconomic sectors A and B, whose problem is that they don´t have enough time to do housework. In this project, besides of looking for a better life quality for the women and to respond to the need of the customers who require a guaranteed cleaning service, also contributes with care for the environment making use of ecofriendly products. In addition, this proposal uses a friendly web as a simple, dynamic, and easy access mean of interaction. In the Lima market exists an ample opportunity of growth composed by 699,367 homes of A and B segments, to the extent that the value proposal be in tune with the market needs. Finally, the business model is sustainable and scalable aligned to the 8th and 11th SDG, whose indices of social relevance are 70% and 71% respectively. With an initial inversion of S/333,779 Peruvian soles, projecting as expected results a positive NPV of S/3’149,194 Peruvian soles, an IRR of 175.90% and a Social NPV of S/4’345,553.
