La oralidad y la justicia digital en el proceso civil colombiano: complejidades y retos

Abstract

The authors analyze the difficulties and challenges of implementing two reforms in the Colombian civil process: on one hand, civil orality, and on the other, the digitalization of justice through the use of new information and communication technologies.

Los autores desarrollan las dificultades y retos de la implementación en el proceso civil colombiano de, por un lado, la oralidad civil y, por el otro, la digitalización de la justicia mediante el uso de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones.
