The excessive use of chemical fertilizers has negative consequences for the environment and the health of those who use these products. Given this, organic fertilizer emerges as a valuable alternative that promotes sustainable agricultural practices that also benefit soil quality (ONU, 2022). This research aims to offer Ferticompost as a different option from other organic fertilizers through enrichment with silicon and other nutrients from organic sources. The proposal allows us to reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers, generate savings in production costs and improve soil quality, while contributing to the care of the environment. Ferticompost is also distinguished by its content of macro and micronutrients from organic sources, which improves nutrient absorption by plants and reduces production costs. This solution was validated with potential clients, through tests and interviews with leaders of agroindustrial companies in Ica. The results showed that the product had positive acceptance. Firstly, the desirability was validated with 81.25% of interviewees willing to buy Ferticompost due to its eco-friendly benefit and lower cost compared to other fertilizers. Additionally, the interest of those interviewed in promoting sustainable alternatives in their agricultural companies was validated with 87.5% approval. On the other hand, the total investment of US$ 51,738 was determined and the cash flow for the next five years of operation was analyzed, the results showed an economic Net Present Value (NPV) of US$ 1,027,112, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 697%, and a social Net Present Value (NPV) of US$ 495,162. These financial indicators demonstrate that the project is promising and represents a favorable opportunity from an economic and social point of view.
