Abstract
comprados y no consumidos.
Here you must write the structured abstract of your thesis: Identified problem, solution design process, validation of hypotheses to test that the business is desirable, feasible, viable and sustainable, conclusion and final decision. Remember that the text is aligned to the left. Do not justify the text. The challenge of achieving a healthy, easy, and quick home-based diet in a fast-paced city like Lima is significant. There are various economic and social factors that hinder individuals living alone, couples, or small families from cooking at home to improve their eating habits and avoid fast or high-calorie food. SabrosAPP 's 'Lista, La Lista' is a business model that provides a solution to this issue. It not only offers our target audience an easy and dynamic tool to prepare meals according to their lifestyle but also helps save money by buying only what is needed and reduces food waste. Furthermore, it decreases the risk of non-communicable diseases such as obesity. We have utilized analytical tools such as the Two-Dimensional Canvas and the Problem Mockup to consider all variables and viewpoints impacting the issue, defining the root cause of poor home-based nutrition and, most importantly, what the problem isn’t. Subsequently, we applied Porter's Five Forces model to analyze the current market for digital and traditional solutions for healthy and/or home-cooked food. For user research, visual tools like the meta-user matrix were employed to identify those facing this problem and their main characteristics, and the user experience map to pinpoint the pain points of the target audience and their true needs related to home food purchasing. SabrosAPP's digital solution has been designed using the Business Model Canvas and focusing on the elements of the problem that are within reach of solving using the 6x6 Canvas. Desirability was validated by the saturation point (Morse, 2000); through 200 surveys carried out, obtaining 90% interest in the solution and a willingness to pay of S/ 10, ten nuevos soles per month and a freemium model. SabrosAPP contemplates a staggered growth initially focused on districts with a population with middle, medium-high and high income levels, this growth is sustainable and has been validated through the calculation of the Live Time Value (LTV) and the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), obtaining an LTV:CAC ratio of 3.65:1. Finally, it is possible to argue the profitability of SabrosAPP by obtaining a positive financial NPV of S/ 6`145,474.00 and an IRR of 159.62% after year five of operation. All these indicators with results associated with SDGs 3, 8 and 12 with an IRS of 22%, 40% and 63% respectively; and obtaining a positive social NPV of S/ 7’131,828 with a discount rate of 8%.
