Resumen
La Agroindustria peruana es un buen ejemplo de eficiencia, gestión empresarial, y aprovechamiento de la diversidad natural; y se ha convertido en un potente impulsor del desarrollo del país. Los productos agroindustriales están enfocados en mercados competitivos e interesantes como EE.UU, la Unión Europea, y Asia. El Perú está avanzando en un proceso hacia la modernidad y es considerado como uno de los países más ricos en recursos naturales, puesto que posee ventajas comparativas y competitivas por su variedad de climas y biodiversidad, las cuales pueden ser aprovechadas eficientemente, generando no solo rentabilidad económica, sino mejorando la calidad de vida de los pobladores y conservando los recursos naturales para generaciones futuras.
El Plan Estratégico propuesto se compone de 15 estrategias que permitirán obtener una ventaja competitiva en el ámbito mundial a través del alcance de la visión del sector fijada para 2025, basada en seis objetivos de largo plazo que promueven: (a) la diversificación y mayor valor agregado del producto; (b) elevar los estándares de calidad; (c) posicionamiento de los productos en nichos de mayor poder adquisitivo; (d) infraestructura adecuada; (e) servicios aduaneros eficientes; (f) proyectos de irrigación; (g) tratados de libre comercio (TLC) para el desarrollo de nuevos mercados; (h) alianzas con instituciones para el desarrollo de la innovación, tecnología, y capacitación; y (i) fomentar la participación de organizaciones e instituciones financieras con el objetivo de potenciar el desarrollo agroindustrial.
En el Balanced Scorecard se muestran los 24 objetivos de corto plazo con sus respectivos indicadores evaluándolas por medición y comparación para tomar las acciones correctivas con el fin de lograr los objetivos de largo plazo trazados.
La misión busca el desarrollo del sector a través de la industrialización para obtener un sistema integrado de transformación que reúna a la producción, el procesamiento, la comercialización, la gestión financiera, e incluya a todos los actores de la cadena productiva, para lograr la conservación y sostenibilidad desde un punto de responsabilidad social y con beneficios para sus clientes por la calidad de los productos ofrecidos
Peruvian Agroindustry is a good example of efficiency, business management and exploitation of our natural diversity and has become a powerful engine of this development. Agroindustrial products are focused on competitive and promising markets such as the US, EU, and Asia. Peru is on the path of modernity and is considered one of the richest countries in natural resources, since it has comparative and competitive advantages for its variety of climates and biodiversity, which can be exploited efficiently, generating not only profitability economic, but improving the quality of life for residents and preserving natural resources for future generations. The proposed Strategic Plan include 15 strategies to gain a competitive advantage through the achievement of the vision of the sector set for the year 2025, based on six long term objectives that promote: (a) diversification and higher value-added product; (b) raising quality standards; (c) positioning niche products with higher purchasing power; (d) adequate infrastructure; (e) efficient customs services; (f) irrigation projects; (g) free trade agreements for the development of new markets; (h) alliances with institutions for the development of innovation, technology, and training; and (i) encouraging the participation of organizations and financial institutions in order to enhance the agro industrial development. In the Balanced Scorecard is 24 short-term objectives with their respective indicators for measuring and comparing evaluating them to take corrective action in order to achieve long-term goals outlined. The mission seeks to develop the sector through industrialization to obtain an integrated system of transformation that brings together the production, processing, marketing, financial management and include all members in the production chain to achieve the conservation and sustainability from a social responsibility and benfits for its customers for the quality of the products
