La mujer peruana : evolución y perspectivas para su desarrollo futuro (1990-2020) : región Apurímac

Abstract

La mujer peruana en la sociedad actual viene desempeñando un mayor rol protagónico en el ámbito político, económico, educativo y social del país. Por este motivo, se ha desarrollado el presente trabajo de investigación, cuyo objetivo general es entender la evolución y perspectivas que tiene la mujer en la región Apurímac. La investigación se realizó con propósito descriptivo manteniendo un enfoque cualitativo, recolectando datos utilizando entrevistas a profundidad, previa firma del respectivo consentimiento informado, tomando, para esto, datos relacionados con edad, estado civil, nivel educativo, nivel económico y actividad laboral en una muestra de 30 mujeres mayores de 18 años que tuvieran más de dos años viviendo en la región Apurímac. Los resultados obtenidos han permitido conocer acerca de las expectativas y principales obstáculos que tiene la mujer en Apurímac. Realizado el respectivo análisis de resultados, se han formulado las conclusiones y sugerencias convenientes. Se espera, así, contribuir a proporcionar información que refleje la problemática que presentan las mujer de dicha región, de tal manera que se genere un compromiso de parte de todos los agentes, organismos gubernamentales y no gubernamentales que permita ir guiando las perspectivas que se plantea la mujer de Apurímac en la actualidad hacia un mejor porvenir. Las conclusiones del presente trabajo de investigación están delimitadas a las mujeres apurimeñas integrantes de la muestra del presente estudio, por lo que no pueden ser generalizadas para el total de la población. Se sugiere, entonces, realizar estudios cuantitativos que permitan establecer políticas y programas en beneficio de la mujer apurimeña.

Nowadays, Peruvian woman have a main role in the political, economic, educational and social area in the country. Because of this reason, we have developed this investigation which general objective is understanding the evolution and perspectives that the Peruvian woman have in Apurímac, Perú. The investigation was realized with a descriptive purpose keeping a qualitative approach collecting data and using interviews with complete information, before that we have the signature and assent of the involved people. For this searching we worked with a group of 30 women 18-year-old major women who have lived more than two years in Apurimac and we have taken data about age, marital status, economic level, and labor activity. The results has allowed knowing about expectative and main obstacles that the woman have in Apurímac. After the analysis of results, were formulated the convenient conclusions and suggestions, waiting in this way to contribute to provide information that reflect the problematic that the woman have in this city and generates a compromise from every agents, governmental and not governmental organisms in order to be a guide towards a better future for the perspectives that the woman of Apurímac has at present. The conclusions of this investigation are delimited to the group of woman of the sample of the present study, which cannot be generalized for the total of the population. Because of this, were suggest to realize quantitative studies, which allow establishing policies and programs in benefit of the Apurímac women.
