Abstract

La Institución Centro Cristo Rey es una obra de la Compañía de Jesús, fundada en el año 1986, con la llegada a Tacna de Jeff Thielman, con la finalidad de ofrecer una educación de calidad a los niños y adolescentes trabajadores en esa ciudad. Actualmente tiene el nombre de Asociación Centro Cristo Rey del Niño y Adolescente (CCRNA). La finalidad del presente Bussines Consulting es afrontar las principales problemáticas de la institución, y como grupo se plantearon alternativas de solución para poder cumplir con los objetivos corto y largo plazo. El entorno de la institución ha sido fortalecido por estar asociada a instituciones de los Jesuitas, así también la Asociación Centro Cristo Rey del Niño y Adolescente está constituida legalmente y le permite estar libre de impuestos; para lograr los objetivos el grupo de trabajo consideró aplicar las oportunidades que ofrece el entorno como lo son el alcance de nuevas tecnologías, contar con un mayor número de profesionales enfocados a la sociología y psicología, y las alianzas entre organizaciones sin fines de lucro en lucha contra la pobreza. Las problemáticas son variables en las distintas y las causas de igual manera. Para ello se analizó a través de una matriz de Priorización Causa raíz donde relacionando la factibilidad y beneficio se concluyeron que las causas principales se encuentran en las áreas de técnicas, la falta de productividad y rotación. Finalmente, nuestras alternativas de solución plantearon contar con mayores recursos económicos para poder solucionar con las principales problemáticas y así alcanzar los objetivos al corto y largo plazo planteados. Nuestra propuesta contempla un plan de inversión de S/. 94.125 en el primer año, teniendo un TIR de 52.22% y un VAN de S/278,0036.76. Con ello se espera lograr los objetivos de corto y largo plazo.
