Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación consiste en un planeamiento estratégico aplicativo
para la Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito Huancayo, a la que en adelante se denomina
CMAC Huancayo. Para ello se plantea como visión: “Para el 2025, la CMAC Huancayo será
la institución líder en el sector microfinanciero de Cajas del Perú en términos de participación
de mercado, rentabilidad financiera, calidad de cartera y excelente nivel de desempeño
social”. En base a esta visión, además de los análisis externo e interno, se formulan cinco
objetivos para desarrollar en un largo plazo: (a) OLP1. En el año 2025, la participación en el
sistema de colocaciones de Cajas Municipales de la CMAC Huancayo, será de 23 %; (b)
OLP2. En el año 2025, la participación en el sistema de captaciones de Cajas Municipales de
la CMAC Huancayo, será de 23 %; (c) OLP3. En el año 2025 la CMAC Huancayo mantendrá
su ROE de 18%.; (d) OLP4. En el año 2025 la CMAC Huancayo disminuirá su índice de
morosidad de cartera crediticia en 3.1%, (e) OLP 5. En el año 2025 la CMAC Huancayo
logrará una calificación de “excelente”, es decir 4 estrellas, en el nivel de desempeño social
según la evaluación anual de MicroRate. Para el cumplimiento de estos objetivos se proponen
aplicar seis estrategias; (a) absorción de una CMAC con presencia en el oriente y norte del
país, (b) creación de una app móvil para operaciones de agencia, (c) creación nacional de un
producto de crédito prendario, (d) campaña publicitaria de marca en zonas semirurales y
rurales, (e) implementación de mayor cantidad de agentes y cajeros automáticos, (f) campaña
de performance en redes sociales y buscadores. En virtud a las líneas esbozadas, se plantean
31 objetivos para desarrollar en un corto plazo, de los cuales, se usan los 19 más importantes
para la conformación del tablero de control balanceado a efectos de cubrir temas de
evaluación y control, en este se involucran aspectos tales como: Aprendizaje, Procesos
Internos, Clientes y Financiera. Finalmente se evalúa la competitividad y futuro
organizacional de la Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito Huancayo.
The present work consists of a strategic planning, implemented for the Municipal Savings and Credit Association Huancayo; hereafter referred to as CMAC Huancayo. For that purpose, it is posed as a vision: “For 2025, the CMAC Huancayo is planned to be a leader institution in the microfinance sector of the associations in Peru, in terms of market participation, financial profitability, portfolio quality and a top level of social functioning”. Based on this vision, besides of internal and external analysis, five objectives are formulated to be developed in a long term period: (a) OLP1. In the year 2025, the participation in the placement system of CMAC Huancayo Municipal Institution, will reach up to 23%; (b) OLP2. For 2025, the participation in the Huancayo Municipal Institution capturing system will reach up to 23%; (c) OLP3. For 2025 The Huancayo CMAC keep a 25% ROE, (d) OLP4. In 2025 The Huancayo CMAC will decrease its payment defaults of credit portfolio in 3.1 %, (e) OLP5. In the year 2025 the Huancayo CMAC will accomplish a qualification of “excellence”, meaning 4 stars, in the social functioning standard, according to Micro Rate annual performance appraisal. For the accomplishment of these objectives, 06 strategies are suggested; (a) a CMAC take-over with a presence in the orient and north of the country, (b) a mobile app creation for bank transactions, (c) the national creation of a pawn broking product, (d) brand advertising campaign in semirural and rural areas, (e) Implementation of agent numbers and cash machines, (f) performance campaigns in social networks and browsers. In accordance with the outlined work; 31 objectives are posed to be developed in a short term period, from which, the 19 most important are used for the formation of the balanced control board, in order to cover the control of evaluation issues, in which aspects such as: Learning, Internal processes, Clients and Finance company are involved. Lastly, the Competitiveness and organizational future of the Municipal Savings and Credit Association Huancayo, is evaluated.
