Over the past decade, the agro-export sector has experienced significant growth, particularly in the export of blueberries to Spain. This growth has been driven by increasing recognition of the importance of healthy and balanced eating, and the rising demand for nutrient- and antioxidant-rich foods in the Spanish diet. This blueberry production project positions itself as a profitable investment and a response to the growing trend towards healthier eating in Spain. Moreover, this approach is not limited to financial aspects alone, as it translates into significant social benefits, including improved income for local farmers and better nutrition for the Spanish population. The value proposition of this project focuses on the production and export of high-quality blueberries, distinguished by their unique genetic variety. It aims to satisfy consumers who value fresh and nutritious products, while also offering an innovative experience through an informative mobile app and packaging that ensures freshness and reduces food waste, thus contributing to sustainability in the food supply chain. Financially, the project presents a solid Net Present Value (NPV) of S/ S/ 2,614.769.00 and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 57%. These indicators demonstrate its economic viability and attractiveness to investors. Projections indicate that the initial investment will be recovered in the third year, supporting its medium- term financial sustainability. In addition to its economic aspects, the project also addresses social and environmental challenges, reaching a VANS of S/ 2,277,443.69 thanks to the fact that it focuses on improving local infrastructure and is committed to controlling and mitigating CO2 emissions, as well as improving the waste management. Furthermore, it aligns with government public health policies to promote healthy eating and an active lifestyle, thus contributing to improved public health in Spain.
