Resumen
En la presente investigación, se describen aspectos concernientes al diagnóstico de la
empresa Contratistas Generales KER E.I.R.L; dentro del ámbito interno (filosofía
organizacional, misión, visión, valores, procesos) y en el ámbito externo (análisis de la
industria, análisis del entorno y competitivo); una vez analizados los aspectos internos y
externos, a través de la matriz EFE - EFI, se identifican la problemática general de la
empresa, la cual radica en la situación financiera, específicamente en la rentabilidad de la
empresa y sus componentes: rentabilidad de las ventas, patrimonio y activos.
La metodología, se desarrolló mediante el método analítico-comparativo y como
método específico, el descriptivo de modalidad estudio de caso, la población de estudio fue
de 40 trabajadores y la muestra fue 4 trabajadores: 3 del área de administrativa y 1 del área de
contable, se aplicó un cuestionario; y a la Gerente, se le aplicó una entrevista; los
instrumentos fueron aplicados para valorar las alternativas de solución propuestas; para la
recolección de información financiera se utilizó la revisión documental en el estado de
resultados y el balance general. Se propusieron 10 alternativas de solución sobre los factores
externos y 12 sobre los factores internos, de otro lado sobre los componentes de rentabilidad,
se propusieron 12 alternativas de solución, se tiene en consideración que, para la
implementación de alternativas de solución, sólo se tomara en consideración las que
conciernen al ámbito interno de la empresa, más no para el ámbito externo, porque estas
dependen de factores del entorno
Por último, se calculó el monto de inversión al implementar las alternativas de
solución propuestas y consensuadas con la gerente y la empresa, realizando en base al
análisis vertical teniendo en cuenta los mejores indicadores para cada cuenta analizada (costo
de ventas-76.6%, gasto de ventas-0.1%, gasto de administración-5.1%) de los periodos 2017 al 2020. para realizar una corrida desde el periodo 2021 al 2025, dando como resultado
favorable de un valor actual (VAN) de S/ 17, 543, 868 con una tasa interna de retorno (TIR)
de 33%.

Alternative solutions were proposed for the general problem (Profitability and its components), for internal factors, in the case of external factors ten; Likewise, regarding external factors, they were not analyzed for their implementation, since they do not depend on the same company. The proposed solution alternatives were reported to the Manager, who in turn considered them as part of the investment since 2021 the monetary value amounted to S / .8, 106, 928 which were projected towards the year 2025 and return a NPV equivalent to S / .17, 543, 868 and an IRR of 37%.
