Abstract
El presente artículo, expone el contexto de la publicidad efectuada en la
prestación del servicio público de telecomunicaciones, correspondiente al
internet fijo que se presta mediante la tecnología de fibra óptica; mercado en el
cual, hoy en día, compiten aguerridamente varios agentes económicos, atraídos
por la creciente demanda que tiene este servicio tan esencial y necesario para
el desarrollo de todos los peruanos.
Así en el primer capítulo, pasaremos a desarrollar el contexto enfocado en la
fibra óptica y la competencia, para posteriormente analizar los criterios
esgrimidos por el Indecopi, agencia de la competencia que fiscaliza y vela por el
cumplimiento de las normas de la represión de la competencia desleal.
This article exposes the context of the advertising carried out in the provision of the public telecommunications service, corresponding to the fixed internet provided through fiber technology; market in which, today, several economic agents compete fiercely, attracted by the growing demand for this service that is so essential and necessary for the development of all Peruvians. Thus, in the first chapter, we will go on to develop the context focused on fiber optics and competition, to later analyze the criteria used by Indecopi, a competition agency that supervises and ensures compliance with the rules of repression of unfair competition.
