The coffee grounds are one of the residues of the process to obtain this world drink that is the coffee. In Lima, there is no program aimed at cafes, restaurants and hotels that is responsible for the collection of this waste and that is finally used in the creation of new products to give a second life to the waste. This residue is currently disposed of in the garbage, contributing to the environmental pollution of the country. This investigation was carried out to demonstrate the feasibility of the Triple Bottom Line, which seeks to generate sustainability in the social, economic and environmental fields, generating not only an income from the reuse of the waste, but at the same time helping the environment and providing an image positive to the consumers of the premises that participate in the program. Bricaf is a product generated from coffee grounds, which has the characteristics of a briquette for use on grills, fireplaces, wood-fired ovens, among others. It is an easy-to-use product, since it is not dirty when handled, has a pleasant smell when used and has adequate calorific potential, as well as being an eco-friendly product. The results obtained from the five-year financial analysis demonstrate the economic feasibility of this project, which generates a benefit for the companies participating in the program, as well as a profitable commercial product. The initial investment is S/. 140,000, constituted by S/.40,000 of capital of the partners and S/. 100,000 of bank loan. For the financial ratios at five years of calculation, a WACC of 9.96%, a Net Present Value (NPV) of S/. 611,993.58 and a Modified Internal Rate of Return (MIRR) of 33% with a recovery period from the third year.
