Abstract
La consultoría propuesta tiene como objetivo ofrecer a TechHelp Solutions SAC, una
empresa con 15 años de experiencia en la provisión de servicios de telecomunicaciones en
Perú, una visión estratégica para optimizar su desempeño y maximizar su potencial en el
mercado peruano. La empresa se especializa en ofrecer soluciones de ingeniería para mejorar
la señal celular en edificios y lugares cerrados, así como en áreas al aire libre. Estas
soluciones incluyen tecnologías como DAS (Sistemas de Antenas Distribuidas), inbuilding,
microceldas, repetidores y lampsite. Además, se dedican a la instalación de equipos de
telecomunicaciones, estaciones base y a la medición de la calidad de la señal de
radiofrecuencia (RF). Cabe destacar que la empresa posee la certificación internacional ISO
9001:2015 en gestión de la calidad.
