Resumen
Durante la educación a distancia como modalidad para la continuidad de la educación
ante la pandemia del Covid-19, resulta fundamental el desarrollo de las competencias
digitales docente y su habilidad para adaptarse y utilizar distintas herramientas
virtuales, las cuales facilitan y son intermediarias durante los procesos de aprendizaje,
enseñanza y evaluación. Por esta razón, el objetivo de la investigación es analizar las
competencias digitales desarrolladas por los docentes del V ciclo de EBR en el marco
de la pandemia en una IE pública, siguiendo los aportes de INTEF (2017), la Unión
Europea (2020), Arias (2020) y el Ministerio de Educación (2020). La investigación es
cualitativa y de nivel descriptivo. Entre los hallazgos más significativos se encuentra
que los docentes se han adaptado a la educación virtual a partir del desarrollo a un
nivel intermedio de sus competencias digitales de Información y alfabetización
informacional; y Comunicación y colaboración mediante canales digitales; también el
desarrollo a un nivel básico de la competencia Creación de contenidos digitales.
During distance education as a modality for the continuity of education in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic, it is essential to develop teacher digital skills and their ability to adapt and use different virtual tools, which facilitate and are intermediaries during the processes of learning, teaching and assessment. For this reason, the objective of the research is to analyse the digital skills that primary level teachers have developed in the context of a pandemic during distance education in a public school in Lima, following the contributions of INTEF (2017), the European Union (2020), Arias (2020) and the Ministry of Education (2020).
