Resumen
En la presente tesis se realiza una consultoría a la empresa RyR Buyer S.A.C.
utilizando los Reportes de Sostenibilidad como una herramienta para el manejo de la
empresa, la cual inicia con la presentación de la misma y su respectivo análisis de la
industria, interno y externo. Luego describe los cinco principales problemas identificados,
fruto de las entrevistas con el presidente del consejo ejecutivo y los análisis realizados,
llegando hasta el problema clave a resolver: la dificultad que tiene el consejo ejecutivo para
captar mayor capital de trabajo. Esta problemática es crítica porque compromete no solo la
liquidez de la empresa, motivo de quiebre de muchos negocios, sino también las expectativas
de crecimiento y expansión que se ven frustradas a causa de ello.
En base al problema a resolver seleccionado, se realiza la revisión de literatura
necesaria, los análisis cualitativos y cuantitativos, que permiten develar la causa raíz del
problema clave, y se plantean las alternativas de solución evaluadas que, en su conjunto,
conforman la solución propuesta. Con la finalidad de aterrizar dicha solución, se propone un
plan de implementación cuya planificación se plasma en un diagrama de Gantt, y se detallan
los factores de éxito clave indispensables para su implementación exitosa. Finalmente, se
estiman los resultados esperados a corto, mediano y largo plazo, que permitirán a la
organización contar con el respaldo financiero necesario y el capital para poder aprovechar
las fortalezas y oportunidades que tiene, construyendo un futuro sostenible como
organización en bien de la comunidad.
In this thesis a consultancy is made to the company RyR Buyer S.A.C. using the Sustainability Reports as a tool for the management of the company, which begins with the presentation of the same and its respective analysis of the industry, internal and external. He then describes the five main problems identified, the result of interviews with the president of the executive board and the analyses carried out, reaching the key problem to be solved: the difficulty that the executive board has to raise more working capital. This problem is critical because it compromises not only the liquidity of the company, reason for bankruptcy of many businesses, but also the expectations of growth and expansion that are frustrated because of it. Based on the selected problem to be solved, the necessary literature review is carried out, qualitative and quantitative analyses, which allow revealing the root cause of the key problem, and the evaluated solution alternatives are proposed that, as a whole, make up the proposed solution. In order to land this solution, an implementation plan is proposed whose planning is reflected in a Gantt chart, and the key success factors essential for its successful implementation are detailed. Finally, the expected results in the short, medium and long term are estimated, which will allow the organization to have the necessary financial support and capital to take advantage of the strengths and opportunities it has, building a sustainable future as an organization for the good of the community.
