recomienda implementarlo.
The gender gap in Peru, according to the World Economic Forum Global Gender Gap Index (2022), amounts up to 74.9%, and ranks 37th globally. This existing gap between both genders can be observed in various areas such as access to opportunities and control of economic, social, cultural, political, and other resources (Cepal, 2018). This is an obstacle facing human development that must be worked on, since, to have a sustainable society, equal opportunities must be created in the same way for men and women. (UNDP, 2022). The Warmi U project was born in response to this relevant social problem. Therefore, the proposal is a comprehensive advisory and training center that provides a personalized consulting service to apply gender equality policies in the private sector. This service also offers online asynchronous courses to empower and train women to combat the existing gender gap. In the first three chapters the relevant social problem is defined, the competition is analyzed, and the user is defined. In the subsequent chapters, the design and business model, the financial analysis and the sustainable solution are defined. Finally, the implementation and recommendations to invest and to demonstrate the feasibility of the business are defined. In conclusion, a sustainable business model is created that has competitive advantages such as a good price and content provided by experts. This project has a Net Present Value (NPV) of S/9´533,992 (corresponding to US$2´495,809) at 10 years and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 234% whose investment of S/178,604 is recovered in the first year. Finally, this research covers all the requirements identified by the market study, so it is recommended to implement it.
