In this thesis the Business Operational Diagnosis (DOE) of the company SKF of Perú is carried out, with the aim of describing its current situation and presenting improvement proposals that benefit the optimization and planning of the processes involved in the production chain of spare parts kits, for the industrial and automotive sector. The focus of the thesis in this production chain is mainly due to its recent implementation in the company, which is why its processes lack adequate optimization. Likewise, its potential growth represents an opportunity for SKF of Peru to gain greater presence in the market and consolidate itself as one of the leading companies. The D.O.E. starts with a general description of the company, following the location and sizing of the plant, the planning and design of the products, processes, plant and work. It continues with the aggregate planning, the programming of the productive operations, logistics management, of the costs, of the quality and its control and maintenance; and, finally, supply chain and conclusions. For the development of the previously mentioned, first a general description of the current situation of the company is made, to then delve into the activities involved in the production chain of kits according to the previously mentioned topics; In addition, it has a proposal for improvements in order to optimize and improve the planning of the activities and processes of the company. The improvement proposals are subject to the implementation decisions of the managements involved of SKF of Peru. Also, the implementation of these represent a cost of S/260,300.00; in the same way, the expected benefits have been quantified by reducing the hours used in the operating process as well as an annual saving of S/272,175.20. Of the benefits, the increase in production and storage capacity stands at 38%.
