plataforma emplea inteligencia artificial, simuladores y aplicaciones educativas, cursos
This study refers to the design and proposal of a business plan aimed at operational and management personnel, who work in medium and large mining, which needs to enhance their capacities and skills in safety and risk management. To the extent that the personnel is trained, it is inferred that the increase in demand to strengthen safety would add value to companies in the mining sector, consolidating their professional objectives and goals. The business model is proposed for the business organization Inmersa SAC, whose purpose is specialized virtual training in risk management of personnel who work directly in the mining exploitation, achieving improvement and strengthening in their skills, capacities and competencies to improve professionally, delivering a portfolio of competencies based on the virtual innovative method. In such a way, a better position in the market is achieved; the trend of international E-Learning would be applied, which is a virtual reality method. The target segment is focused on the personnel of the medium and large mining of Peru in their different specialties, currently there is an average of 45 active mining projects, estimating an annual growth of 5% projection, in year 1 training would begin 720 workers, training 1,800 workers in year 5. Inmersa's competitive advantage focuses on training with immersive technology based on three-dimensional practices with experienced facilitators and certified in risk management; the platform uses artificial intelligence, simulators and educational applications, virtual courses with 3D dynamics. The initial investment of the project is S/. 182, 113, the economic results show a Net Economic Present Value (NPV) of S/.1, 573,278, and an Internal Economic Rate of Return (EIRR) of 52%.
