Resumen
La institución educativa particular “San Pío X” pertenece a la iglesia católica, fue
creada a iniciativa del Arzobispo metropolitano regente en 1953 como una solución a la
necesidad de un mayor acceso a la educación de la población Huancaína de menores recursos
cumpliendo con el objetivo de evangelizar y formar en valores cristianos. Actualmente, la
Institución educativa San Pio X brinda servicios en los tres niveles de educación básica
regular: inicial, primaria y secundaria, desarrolla una estrategia de enseñanza dirigida a
potenciar el conocimiento y desarrollo personal, brindando las herramientas de estudio
además de la orientación en valores y actitudes positivas, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades
vigentes apoyándose de herramientas tecnológicas.
Para la identificación del problema principal se realizaron entrevistas con la Dirección
General, personal docente y administrativa, determinándose que, el problema principal es la
deficiente gestión de calidad de servicios conexos al de la enseñanza. Para tal efecto, se
observó que las tres causas primarias fueron: la falta de gestión de los procesos internos
educativos, falta de estandarización de los procesos educativos, y la falta de seguimiento en el
flujo del servicio educativo. Asimismo, se realizó el análisis externo e interno, así como la
revisión de literatura que, sirvió como base para proponer tres alternativas de mejora, como:
la implementación de herramientas de gestión estratégica y marketing educativo, la
implementación del mapa de procesos educativos y estandarización, y la implementación del
Lean Management para el seguimiento y control de los procesos internos de la institución
educativa.
En ese sentido, se elaboró un cronograma de implementación para cada alternativa de
mejora, asignándose presupuesto, plazo y responsables. Asimismo, para cada mejora se
presentaron entregables, en los cuales se detallan los beneficios cualitativos. Con respecto al
beneficio cuantitativo, se realizó la evaluación económica y financiera demostrándose la viabilidad del proyecto, revisando dos escenarios. En el escenario optimista, el valor actual
neto es S/160,164.15 la tasa de retorno de 62.86%, y el periodo de recuperación es partir del
tercer año. Por su parte, en el escenario pesimista, el valor actual neto es S/10,992.82, la tasa
de retorno de 30.43%, y el periodo de recuperación es partir del quinto año.
The private educational institution “San Pio X” pertains to the Catholic Church, located on “Umuto” in the district El Tambo. It was founded on 1953 by his excellency Mgr. Daniel Figueroa Billon, with the purpose of extending the ecclesial mission of evangelism to the people from Huancayo. The school provides services on the 3 education levels: initial, primary and secondary, it develops a focused-on-cognitive-and personal-growth curricular plan, it provides the study tools and the values and positive attitudes orientation, according to the current requirements, making use of technology. In addition, the institution seeks to empower students’ talents through sports, recreational and artistic workshops. To identify the main problem interviews were conducted with the General Directorate, teaching and administrative staff, determining that the main problem is the deficient management of quality of service. It was concluded that the three primary causes of this were: lack of planning of internal education processes, lack of standardization of educational processes and lack of follow-up in the flow of the educational service. In addition, the external and internal analysis was carried out, as well as the literature review that served as the basis for proposing three alternatives for improvement, such as: implementation of strategic management tools and educational marketing, the implementation of the educational process map and standardization and the implementation of the integral control panel for the monitoring and control of the internal processes of the institution. For these reasons, an implementation schedule was drawn up for each improvement alternative, assigning a budget, deadline, and responsible parties. The standardization of each improvement was presented through deliverables, in which the qualitative benefit is detailed. Regarding the quantitative benefit, the economic and financial evaluation was carried out, demonstrating the viability of the project, reviewing two scenarios. In the optimistic scenario, the net present value is S/160,164.15, the return rate of 62.86% and the playback period is from the third year. On the other hand, in the pessimistic scenario, the net present value is S/10,992.82, the return rate of 30.43% and the playback period is from the fifth year.
