Abstract
El actual estudio se realizó en la organización CANDELA Perú, encargada del
comercio justo, responsable con la conservación y biodiversidad de los ecosistemas. El
problema central identificado fue la baja eficiencia en gestión administrativa ocasionado por
la definición inadecuada de las funciones y procesos organizacionales, la falta de control de
los indicadores de gestión y KPI´s, bajos niveles de desarrollo de la cultura organizacional y
del capital humano e inadecuada comunicación de los objetivos y estrategias. Estas cuatro
causas principales impactan negativamente en la gestión eficiente, por lo que, se requiere su
inmediata atención mediante el diseño de 10 alternativas de solución. El objetivo principal
fue optimizar los niveles de eficiencia en la gestión administrativa de CANDELA Perú a
corto plazo. La pesquisa fue de tipología descriptiva y propositiva.
La reingeniería de procedimientos y procesos es una alternativa de solución que reside
en mejorar los regímenes existentes en las áreas competentes y en la implementación de un
nuevo proceso, por lo tanto, se diseñaron nuevos diagramas con las modificaciones realizadas
a los procesos actuales, los cuales se han consumado en función de los regímenes a ejecutar
por el nuevo personal que se propuso contratar cuyo cargo a desempeñar es el de asistente de
planillas y recursos humanos. Al mismo tiempo, se deben tomar en cuenta los riesgos
mencionados y procurar llevar el proceso bajo un correcto monitoreo que garantice su éxito.
The current study was conducted at CANDELA Peru, an organization in charge of fair trade, responsible for the conservation and biodiversity of ecosystems. The central problem identified was the low efficiency in administrative management caused by the inadequate definition of organizational functions and processes, the lack of control of management indicators and KPI's, low levels of development of organizational culture and human capital, and inadequate communication of objectives and strategies. These four main causes have a negative impact on efficient management, therefore, their immediate attention is required through the design of 10 solution alternatives. The general objective was to optimize the levels of efficiency in the administrative management of CANDELA Perú in the short term. The research was descriptive and purposeful. The reengineering of procedures and processes is an alternative solution that lies in improving the existing procedures in the competent areas and in the implementation of a new process, therefore, new diagrams were designed with the modifications made to the current processes, which have been consummated according to the procedures to be executed by the new personnel proposed to be hired whose position to be performed is that of payroll and human resources assistant. At the same time, the aforementioned risks must be taken into account and efforts must be made to bring the process under proper monitoring to guarantee its success.
