Abstract
In the present document a financial plan of the company Mibanco Banco de la Microempresa SA is prepared, which aims to improve the indicators of Working Capital, Capital Structure, Global Capital Ratio, Provisions, Net Financial Margin, Gross Financial Margin, which when applied, they maximize the EBITDA of the company and therefore its value. In Peru banking is an important driver of the economy, by the end of 2017 the total portfolio of loans granted by the multiple banks amounted to S / .245,552 million, growing by 5.54% compared to the previous year. Mibanco is an institution specialized in customer service for micro and small businesses. Due to the volatility of future customer flows that Mibanco serves, the bank assumes a greater risk of default, which, when not mitigated, can drastically punish the benefits (increase in provisions). Due to the importance of banking entities in the country, the Superintendency of Banking Insurance and AFP (SBS) regulates financial institutions using their own and international control standards such as the Basel III agreement, this allows to prevent possible deterioration of the portfolios (assets and liabilities) of financial institutions and consequently strengthen the financial sector. The strategies proposed in the financial plan focus on: (a) Market positioning (b) Collection of deposits (c) Portfolio quality (d) Value of the company.
