Abstract
El negocio de comercialización de estructuras metálicas en Perú está conformado por
empresas especializadas en este sector, tales como Equipamiento y Sistemas de
Almacenamiento Parck SAC y su producto INDUPARCK. La industria se ha desarrollado de
acuerdo con las normas internacionales de parámetros estructurales. Sin embargo, la escasez
mundial de acero ha afectado negativamente a la producción, lo que ha requerido
importaciones. La demanda de estos productos suele estar enfocada a optimizar el espacio y
el almacenamiento de materiales, lo cual es un problema para todas las empresas.
El foco de esta tesis de maestría es la consultora INDUPARCK. El enfoque utilizado para
resolver el problema se basa en el análisis de la situación actual de la empresa, los procesos y
las previsiones de ventas. Como solución a los problemas identificados se propone la
implementación del almacén de productos terminados.
También debe evaluar y seleccionar una ubicación de almacenamiento adecuada, definir
políticas y procedimientos de gestión de inventario e implementar herramientas tecnológicas
para administrar y monitorear los productos almacenados. Se recomienda un programa de
capacitación para aquellos involucrados en la gestión de inventario para optimizar el
procedimiento. Se espera que la implementación de esta solución mejore significativamente
la eficiencia, la rentabilidad y la satisfacción del cliente de la compañía.
Con base en la solución propuesta, se estima que INDUPARCK espera un crecimiento de los
ingresos totales del 12,7% por año a partir de 2022 (pronóstico de 5 años) con una inversión
de $92,500 IGV (noventa y dos mil quinientos dólares) en una nueva área operativa de zona
de fábrica completa. almacén de productos. Por lo tanto, se espera que la utilidad neta
aumente en más de S/ 1,000,000 dentro de 5 años (Apéndice D).
The business of marketing metal structures in Peru is made up of companies specialized in the sector, such as Equipamiento y Sistemas de Almacenamiento Parck SAC with its product INDUPARCK. This industry has been developed following the international norms of structural parameters. However, the global shortage of steel has had a negative impact on production, making imports necessary. The demand for these products is focused on the optimization of space and storage of materials in general, which is a problem for every company. This master's thesis focuses on consulting the company INDUPARCK. The methodology used to address the problem was based on carrying out an analysis of the current situation of the company, its processes and its sales projection. The implementation of a finished products warehouse is proposed as a solution to the identified problem. Likewise, the evaluation and selection of the adequate space for the warehouse, the definition of policies and procedures for inventory management and the implementation of technological tools for the control and monitoring of stored products. A training plan is proposed for the personnel involved in the management of the warehouse, to optimize the procedures. The implementation of this solution is expected to generate a significant improvement in the company's efficiency, increased profitability and customer satisfaction. Based on the solution presented, it is estimated that the company INDUPARCK expects an annual average increase of 12,7% in total revenue from 2022 (with a 5-year projection), investing USD 92,500 + IGV (ninety-two thousand five hundred US dollars) in a new finished goods warehouse in the operational area of the plant. As a result, a net profit of more than S/ 1,000,000 soles are projected in 5 years (Appendix D)
