Resumen
El objetivo principal de este trabajo de investigación es poder identificar el nivel de
cumplimiento de los nueve factores de éxito de la calidad en los centros educativos del
Sistema Básico Regular de la Provincia del Cusco.Para este efecto se diseñó una
investigación cuantitativa descriptiva, alineadas al modelo elaborado por el Prof. Jorge B.
Benzaquen en el año 2013.
En esta investigación se consideró una muestra de 99 centros educativos ubicados en
el ámbito de la provincia del Cusco, el perfil de los encuestados estuvo conformado
principalmente por directores, subdirectores y administradores de centros educativos
públicos y privados.
En los resultados de la investigación se halló que los centros educativos del Sistema
Básico Regular de la Provincia del Cusco tienen un mayor nivel de cumplimiento en el factor
de Auditoría y evaluación de la calidad, Alta gerencia y Planeamiento de la calidad; y por
otro lado los factores con menor nivel de cumplimiento fueron Gestión de la Calidad del
proveedor, Círculos de Calidad y Control y Mejoramiento de procesos. Los hallazgos están
sustentados por el nivel de objetividad de los encuestados.
The main objective of this research is to identify the level of compliance of the nine success factors of quality in secondary level schools in the city of Cusco. For this purpose a descriptive quantitative research, aligned to the model developed by Professor Jorge B. Benzaquén in 2013. In this research a sample of 99 schools located in the state of Cusco, the profile of respondents was comprised mainly of principals, assistant principals and administrators of public and private schools. The results of the investigation were found that basic education in the state of Cusco have a higher level of compliance factor Audit and Quality Assessment, Management and Planning High quality; and secondly the factors were lower compliance Quality Management Provider, Quality Circles and Control and Process Improvement. The findings are supported by the level of objectivity of respondents
