Abstract
El presente trabajo de consultoría de negocio tiene como empresa de estudio a la
Corporación Peruana de Aeropuertos y Aviación Comercial Sociedad Anónima CORPAC.
Esta empresa brinda servicios de navegación aérea y aeroportuarios dentro del territorio
peruano desde el año 1943. Los diferentes servicios de CORPAC se monitorean con
indicadores propios, los cuales son adoptados por las gerencias de la empresa según
corresponda y algunos de los cuales se manejan de manera transversal.
Como parte del trabajo de tesis, el equipo consultor identificó como problema
principal que los servicios aeroportuarios brindan un inadecuado nivel de servicio, el cual
será abordado a lo largo de los capítulos de la presente tesis por el equipo consultor.
En la consultoría de negocio se identifican tres alternativas de solución, las que fueron
evaluadas por el equipo consultor y algunas gerencias de la empresa CORPAC para
seleccionar la solución propuesta final. En el camino del trabajo de consultoría, se
evidenciaron distintos factores relacionados al decrecimiento de la satisfacción del usuario,
por lo que el equipo detalló la propuesta de solución final enfocando en mitigar la reducción
de la satisfacción de los usuarios.
This business consulting work is carried out on the company called Corporación Peruana de Aeropuertos y Aviación Comercial Sociedad Anónima CORPAC. This company has been providing air navigation and airport services within the peruvian territory since 1943. Along the way of the consulting work, different factors related to the decrease in user satisfaction were evident, so we will detail the final solution proposal focusing on mitigating the reduction in user satisfaction.
