Tutela judicial efectiva: El reto de la justicia de pequeñas causas

Abstract

En el trabajo se reflexiona sobre uno de los temas más importantes de la actualidad: la justicia judicial y su eficiencia. En él se plantean algunas ideas sobre las perspectivas sociales y se resalta la importancia que tiene para la justicia, para alcanzar el equilibrio entre la eficiencia de las demandas que presenten las personas de bajos recursos económicos y para conseguir la anhelada disminución de la congestión y morosidad. Esto, según la autora, es uno de los grandes retos que tiene el Poder Judicial en América Latina.In this essay the author reflects about one of the most important topics of nowadays: judicial justice and its efficiency. In this paper are bring up several ideas about social perspec-tives and is remarked the importance that they have for justice, to reach the equilibrium between the efficiency of the claims that are issued by the low-resources people and to achieve the desired reduction of judicial slowness. This, according to the author, is one of the great challenges that Judicial Brach has in Latin America.
