To address this problem, the Division of Health Psychology of the National Police of Peru has designed programs such as “Alpha” and “Remo”; However, there are no mechanisms to know if these programs work or not, which is why the innovative intervention proposed is the creation of a research and development area made up of psychologists and specialists in scientific research, which will allow us to know the level of effectiveness of the tools implemented for the evaluation and treatment of the emotional health of police personnel not only in Metropolitan Lima but also at the national level.
