In the last ten years, the construction industry has grown by 10% (BCRP, 2021) in the Peruvian market. In this industry, 70% is represented by the self-construction sector, which demonstrates the importance of the role of the master builder who works in this sector, playing an important role in the growth of this industry. But at the same time there is a clear need for master builders to carry out their work not in an improvised way, but based on training that provides them with the skills required in the industry. Based on the review of the literature, only 44% of the master builders have at least technical studies, causing a significant gap, which must be addressed, since in the market there is an offer of 20 thousand people against a demand of almost a million. In addition, in line with the research carried out, the predisposition of the master builders to access technological platforms was identified, as a means that allows them to strengthen their skills. Therefore, the development of a technological platform called YACHACHIQ is proposed, which trains master builders allowing the strengthening of their skills and promoting the construction of safe houses. It was estimated that the project would have an initial investment of $469 thousand, which will have a return of $1,052,115 over a five-year horizon.
