Micro and small companies are the main source of economic growth and job creation in Peru. Moreover, the annual increase of the number of micro and small companies creates greater financing needs. The major problem that these companies face is access to credit sources. The problem is that financial institutions, do not make an emphasis on directly impacting this sector, due to the lack of collateral to support their operations. Therefore, this investigation is based on this problem and presents as a solution the creation of an investment fund, capable of covering the needs of short-term financing while using the cessation of credits as a financing vehicle. With this alternative, micro and small companies would be able to finance their working capital needs, rendering up their invoices to this fund and consequently increase their production and sales levels through directly channeling their money into investments that improve the productive activities of their business.
