Resumen
El objetivo general de esta investigación es identificar los factores que
permitieron reducir el analfabetismo en la Región Junín durante la intervención
del PRONAMA, evaluando la interpretación e implementación de las estrategias
por el equipo de trabajo zonal del programa, la motivación y aporte en la vida de
los alfabetizados y, las percepciones y apoyo de los familiares, a fin de
recomendar el modelo estratégico de este programa dado sus buenos
resultados.
La forma de investigación realizada es el estudio de caso con un propósito
explicativo, en relación a la implementación del PRONAMA y sus efectos, tal
como se requiere en las preguntas de investigación. La estrategia metodológica
es la metodología cualitativa, utilizando el muestreo por conveniencia a las
siguientes unidades de análisis: sectoristas/supervisores, facilitadores,
estudiantes beneficiarios y familiares. Asimismo, las técnicas de recolección
utilizadas en este estudio de caso fueron entrevistas semiestructuradas, grupos
focales y revisión documentaria, dirigidas a captar aspectos cualitativos como
dimensiones, percepciones, opiniones, motivaciones, entre otros.
A partir de los resultados y análisis desarrollado, este estudio concluye que las
estrategias de focalización fueron correctamente implementadas, que los
participantes reconocen la importancia de alfabetizarse y que estaban motivados
desde sus hogares fortaleciéndose en el desarrollo de las sesiones de clase con
la facilitadora. El cambio y mejora en la vida de los participantes se da en varios
aspectos: personal, familiar, comunal, laboral y social. Los participantes
recibieron gran apoyo de sus familiares para llevar todo el ciclo del proceso de
aprendizaje. Asimismo, la motivación que recibían los hacía esforzarse por asistir
al círculo de aprendizaje y aprender.
The general objective of this research is to identify the factors that allowed reducing illiteracy in the Junín Region during the PRONAMA intervention, evaluating the interpretation and implementation of the strategies by the zone work team of the program, the motivation and impact on the lives of the literate and the perceptions and support of family members, in order to recommend the strategic model of this program given its good results. The form of research carried out is the case study with an explanatory purpose, in relation to the implementation of PRONAMA and its effects, as required in the research questions. The methodological strategy is the qualitative methodology, using convenience sampling to the following units of analysis: sector workers/supervisors, facilitators, beneficiary students and family members. Likewise, the collection techniques used in this case study were semi-structured interviews, focus groups and documentary review, aimed at capturing qualitative aspects such as dimensions, perceptions, opinions, motivations, among others. Based on the results and analysis developed, this study concludes that the targeting strategies were correctly implemented, that the participants recognize the importance of becoming literate and that they were motivated from their homes, strengthening themselves in the development of the class sessions with the facilitator. The impact on the lives of the participants occurs in various aspects: personal, family, community, work and social. The participants received great support from their relatives to carry out the entire cycle of the learning process. Also, the motivation they received made them strive to attend the learning circle and learn.
