Modelo prolab: Pro Office, una propuesta sostenible para el bienestar y confort de los colaboradores de las empresas

Resumen
Con la llegada al Perú del virus SARS-CoV-2 en marzo del 2020, el estado, con la
finalidad de disminuir el ritmo de contagios, promulgaría una serie de decretos siendo una de
las más importantes por su impacto, la restricción de libre tránsito. Esto ocasionó que miles de
empresas de diferentes industrias se vieran obligadas a implementar nuevas formas de trabajo,
tal como el trabajo remoto, teletrabajo o trabajo semipresencial. Esta nueva realidad de trabajo
que un gran porcentaje de empresas han decidido mantener, trae consigo una serie de nuevos
retos y desafíos tales como mantener el bienestar, la satisfacción laboral y la productividad de
los colaboradores.
Con esta premisa, la presente investigación busca ayudar a las empresas a mejorar la
satisfacción laboral y productividad de los colaboradores a través de la creación de Pro office,
una tienda virtual dedicada vender soluciones integrales a través de productos para el bienestar
y confort, facilitando a los colaboradores el desarrollo de su trabajo, motivándolos y creando
una óptima relación laboral entre la empresa y el trabajador que se verá reflejada en la
satisfacción laboral y productividad del colaborador.
La investigación se sustentada en estudios de mercado donde se realizaron encuestas a
los colaboradores de diferentes empresas que realizan teletrabajo para conocer sus necesidades
y experiencias en esta modalidad. Además, se entrevistó a las personas que tienen decisión de
compra en las empresas para enseñarles el modelo de negocio creado con la solución planteada
y poder conocer el nivel de aceptación y compra por parte ellos. En la encuesta el nivel de
aceptación por parte de los colaboradores fue de 75% en donde consideran que este box los
ayudará a desarrollar de manera más rápida y sencilla su trabajo. Así mismo, los entrevistados
concluyeron de la importancia de brindar este box en el desarrollo de la productividad y
satisfacción laboral que buscan en los colaboradores. Finalmente, se concluyó que Pro Office es un modelo de negocio sostenible y rentable,
que responde directamente a las ODS 3 y 8 con un índice de relevancia social de 0.11 y 0.30
respectivamente. Además, genera un VAN de S/ 3´192,337, una TIR del 34% en 2 años del
proyecto con una inversión de S/ 684,866 y un VAN social es de S/ 4´904,493.
On March 2020, with SARS-CoV-2 arrival to Peru, the government, to reduce the contagion rate, established some laws, and one of the most important due to its impact, the restriction of people’s transit. These caused that thousands of companies had to implement new ways of working, such as teleworking, where offices had to be closed in order to make way for remote working. This new reality of hybrid work has come to establish itself and has brought with it new challenges for companies, one of them such as the productivity and job satisfaction of employees. Consistent with this premise, this research seeks to improve the productivity and job satisfaction of employees through the creation of a virtual store called Pro office, dedicated to sale boxes with articles for wellness and comfort, helping employees in the development of their work, creating a relationship between the company and the worker that will be reflected in the employee's job satisfaction. For this research, we have performed market studies where surveys were carried out on the collaborators of different companies that do teleworking to find out their needs and experience in this job modality. People, who have buying decision in companies, were interviewed to show them the business model that we have created with the proposed solution and to know the level of acceptance and buying by them. In the survey, the level of acceptance by the collaborators was 75%, where they consider that these boxes are going to help them perform their work quickly and easily. Likewise, the interviews concluded that is going to be very important to provide these accessories in the box to keep or increase the development of productivity and job satisfaction that they look for their collaborators. Finally, it was concluded that Pro office is a sustainable and profitable business model, responding directly to ODS 3 and 8, with a social relevance index of 0.11 and 0.30 respectively. Additionally, generates an NPV of S/ 3´192,337, an IRR of 34% in 2 years of the project with an investment of S/684,866 and the social NPV is S/ 4´904,493.
