Resumen
El presente plan de negocios “SABOR A PERÚ”, es un servicio que consiste en la
implementación de un sistema delivery de comida saludable a través de pedidos realizados
por medios digitales como internet, aplicación de smartphone o página web. El segmento de
mercado inicial para atender en Lima comprende los distritos de Barranco, Jesús María, La
Molina, Lince, Magdalena del Mar, Miraflores, Pueblo Libre, San Borja, San Isidro, San
Miguel, Santiago de Surco, Surquillo y Miraflores, ya que concentran un gran número de
habitantes, estudiantes y/o trabajadores entre las edades de 25 a 50 años de los niveles socio
económicos A, B y C identificándose un público objetivo equivalente a 1’336,625 usuarios.
La estrategia innovadora que aplicará “SABOR A PERU” consistirá en aprovechar los
medios digitales, el internet y la aplicación de la tienda en línea para brindar facilidades a los
clientes para inscribirse en la página web, conocer los platos saludables, buscar asesoría
nutricional y por chatbot a través de un sistema que aplique la Inteligencia Artificial. Este
factor diferenciador se constituirá en la principal ventaja competitiva de “SABOR A PERU”,
personalizando las atenciones y manteniendo costos bajos sin afectar la propuesta de valor.
La evaluación financiera estimó una inversión requerida para la implementación del presente
Plan de Negocios, por un monto de S/. 280,396.50 para cubrir las necesidades a tiempo
conformado por los activos tangibles e intangibles y los sueldos del personal por tres meses.
Teniendo en cuenta un horizonte de cinco años, la evaluación financiera realizada en un
escenario base da un Valor Actual Neto (VAN) de S/5’511,256.53, un Costo Promedio
Ponderado de Capital (WACC) de 15.37%, una Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) del 725.28%.
Finalmente, se puede concluir que el presente plan de negocios es rentable, con riesgo
moderado, y para los inversionistas representaría una buena oportunidad a tomar en cuenta.
The present business plan "SABOR A PERU" is a service that consists of the implementation of a healthy meal delivery system through digital orders made by digital means such as the internet, smartphone application or website. Considering a five-year horizon, the financial evaluation carried out in a baseline scenario gives a Net Present Value (NPV) of S/ 5’511,256.53, a Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) of 15.37%, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 725.28%.
