Historically, the context of social exclusion, precariousness and violence has evidenced the structural violence in force in the case of rural women. The aim of the study was to know the wellbeing goals of women of two different age groups from community of Sacsamarca and the psychosocial processes that they carried out / carry out for the achievement of these. For this reason, 11 interviews were carried out in which transversal goals were identified: Good health, Having / generating income and Dwelling) and particular goals such as Family Development and Job (1st generation) and having Good bonds and a Profession (2nd generation). Results were organized in four dimensions: wellness goals, goal achievement process, personal / social resources, and limitations. Our findings suggest the relevance of the processes that the participants follow to meet specific / fixed objectives, in which the role of determination and the presence of two components: self-improvement and self-confidence, and the effort to save money. Likewise, these elements could shed light on empowerment processes that women undertake to fulfill their purposes.
