potencial de escalabilidad, ya que se puede vender las licencias al interior y exterior del país;
sostenibilidad.
Nowadays, companies seek to differentiate themselves not only by the product they offer to their customers, but also by maintaining an adequate brand reputation through sustainability. Given this need, a business opportunity has been identified to offer integral mechanisms to reduce the carbon footprint of companies. This solution will consist of an application for the awareness of its employees, who, through their actions for the benefit of the environment, will contribute to the reduction of the corporate carbon footprint; it will also allow the planting of trees with people with intellectual disabilities and will deliver carbon bonds that certify the capture of CO2 from the environment. The objective in five years is: to plant over 12,000 trees in Lima, remove over 1,100 tons of CO2, hire 61 people with intellectual disabilities by the fifth year, generate strategic alliances and contribute to part of the SDGs. Fulfillment of these objectives will allow the company to achieve an ENPV and a FNPV over than USD 1MM and a SNPV over than USD 0.7MM in a period of five years. In conclusion, this project is viable and feasible, it also contributes to the environment, inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities and reduction of carbon footprint and awareness of people to care for the environment. Also has a potential for scalability, since the licenses can be sold inside and outside the country, and it will allow companies to focus on the core of their business and at the same time have mechanisms that facilitate them to adopt or maintain good sustainability practices.
