Loncherita Feliz es un modelo de negocio que surge como una opción de solución sostenible
para los padres y madres de familia de niños y niñas en edad escolar de Lima Metropolitana,
quienes no poseen tiempo para preparar alimentos saludables para sus hijos(as). Las
loncheras representan una alternativa para el segmento seleccionado al considerarse nutritivas
y balanceadas, además de perfectas para el desarrollo físico y mental de los niños y niñas. Se
identificó que los padres y madres (clientes) necesitan conocer cuáles son los alimentos
adecuados para el crecimiento de sus hijos(as); así como conocer cuáles son los más
saludables, cuáles no deben consumir para evitar enfermedades, y de qué manera pueden
proporcionarles a sus hijos(as) en edad escolar una alimentación acorde a sus necesidades. Se
determinó que sí existe disposición de pago por parte de los clientes de un monto entre S/8 y
S/10 y se estableció el valor de la inversión inicial de S/612,384.75 para comenzar
operaciones. Del mismo modo, se estimaron cuántas loncheras se deben vender para
satisfacer las expectativas de los inversionistas y generar rentabilidad. Se identificó el
impacto que tiene la propuesta sobre los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible 2, 3, 8, y 12 y se
comprobó que Loncherita Feliz tiene sostenibilidad y responsabilidad en cuanto a producción
y buen uso de recursos. La inversión se recuperará en cinco meses y 19 días y permitirá
obtener un VAN de S/ 4’261,086.88 ($1’121,338.65 a una tasa de cambio de 3.8; una TIR de
218%, una TIRM de 77%, y un VANS de S/7’936,741.36 ($2’088,616.15 a una tasa de
cambio de 3.8). Por esta razón, Loncherita Feliz se puede considerar un proyecto sostenible
que traerá beneficios a los inversionistas y comunidad en general.

Loncherita Feliz represents an alternative for the selected segment as they are considered nutritious and balanced, as well as perfect for the physical and mental development of boys and girls. It was identified that parents (clients) need to know what foods are appropriate for the growth of their children; as well as knowing which ones are healthier, which ones they should not eat to avoid illnesses, and how parents can provide their school-age children with healthy diets according to their needs. It was determined that there is a willingness to pay an amount between S/8 and S/10 by the clients, besides the value of the initial investment of S/612,384.75 to begin operations was set. Likewise, it was estimated how many lunch boxes must be sold to meet investor expectations and get profitability. The impact that the proposal has on Sustainable Development Goals 2, 3, 8, and 12 was identified and it was proven that Loncherita Feliz has sustainability and responsibility in terms of production and good use of resources. The investment will be recovered in five months and 19 days and will allow obtaining an NPV of S/ 4’261,086.88 ($1’121,338.65 at an exchange rate of 3.8); an IRR of 218%, a MIRR of 77%, and an NPV of S/7’936,741.36 ($2’088,616.15 at an exchange rate of 3.8).
