Transportes 77 S.A. is a heavy load transport company of the Ab-Inbev group, solely responsible for the distribution of Backus and Johnston products in Peru. Transportes 77 maintains a market share of 98.6% of the packaged beer beverage transport market. Transportes 77 is part of a fairly complex economic sector due to certain factors that directly impact results, such as: deficient road infrastructure, fuel price volatility and other associated costs, informal competition, social demonstrations, and unionization. All these factors put downward pressure on profit margins in the sector. In this context, this research identified the lack of diversity in the business lines as a key problem. After evaluating various alternatives, this thesis proposes a new disruptive business line that uses the existing assets of Transportes 77, such as its trucks, to offer advertising panel services in its semi-trailers, taking advantage of the competitive advantage that the company has, which is to travel throughout Peru. For the implementation of the project, it is estimated that an investment of S/ 409 thousand is required, which are distributed in: S/ 158 thousand in assets and S/ 251 thousand in working capital. This investment will be financed with a structure of 100% own capital. The resulting economic NPV is S/ 7.2 million discounted with a WACC of 17.15% and the economic IRR is 173.7%, for which the project is widely profitable, maintains a low level of risk and the investment is recovered in the future. second year of operation.
