Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación describe los hallazgos del Análisis de la calidad de
los servicios ofrecidos, la acogida y la participación de los usuarios en las actividades
propuestas, planificadas y ejecutadas en el Centro del Adulto Mayor CAM- Entidad de
Servicios de Salud -ESSALUD en la ciudad de Chimbote para responder a las
necesidades y expectativas de los usuarios de derecho, donde aspectos como la calidad
de los servicios ofrecidos e implementados y la participación de las personas adultas
mayores en las actividades planificadas, contribuyen a los objetivos propuestos por la
institución.
El objetivo general de la investigación es dar a conocer los factores que pueden estar
influenciando en la implementación de las acciones desarrolladas en el Centro del Adulto
CAM-EsSalud en la ciudad de Chimbote durante los años 2015-2017, analizando si las
acciones desarrolladas responden a las necesidades y expectativas de la población
adulta mayor, así mismo si la calidad de los servicios y la percepción en cuanto a formas
de participación de las personas adultas mayores PAMs se ven reflejadas en las
propuestas de mejora que fortalecen la gestión del Programa.
Se busca analizar los factores de orden personal, organizacional, económico, social y
familiar que contribuyen en la mejora de los servicios ofrecidos desde la propuesta de la
Entidad de Servicios de Salud –ESSALUD, así como también analizar aquellos que
aparecen como estrategias limitantes que estuvieran debilitando la calidad de los
servicios ofrecidos con un idea poco clara de cogestión, la misma capacidad de
respuesta a las demandas de los usuarios, el equipo de profesionales especializados en
el cuidado y la prevención de la salud, la sostenibilidad y la capacidad de
empoderamiento de las Personas adultas mayores con el propósito de mejorar las
condiciones de vida y su reconocimiento como sujetos dignos y capaces de aportar
activamente al desarrollo de su familia, grupo social, comunidad y país.
El involucramiento de actores como: Entidad de Servicios de Salud ESSALUD a través
del programa Centro del Adulto Mayor y las Personas Adultas Mayores actuando y
participando a través de algunos espacios de colaboración para mejorar la gestión y los
servicios de acuerdo a su realidad y demandas, permite construir conocimientos desde la
reflexión sobre las acciones realizadas de modo que la solución planteada ayude a cubrir
algunos espacios debilitados en la implementación y funcionamiento del Centro del
Adulto Mayor y por ende del PLANPAM 2013-2017.
The present research work describes the findings of the Analysis of the quality of the services offered, the reception and participation of the users in the proposed activities, planned and executed in the Center of the Elderly CAM- Health Services Entity - ESSALUD in the city of Chimbote to respond to the needs and expectations of the right users where aspects such as the quality of the services offered, implemented and the participation of the elderly in the planned activities contribute to the objectives proposed by the institution. The general objective of the research is to publicize the factors that may be influencing the implementation of the actions developed in the Adult Center CAM-EsSalud in the city of Chimbote during the years 2015-2017, analyzing whether the actions developed respond to the needs and expectations of the older adult population, likewise if the quality of the services and the perception regarding the forms of the older adults participation are reflected in the improvement proposals that strengthen the management of the Program. The aim is to analyze the personal, organizational, economic, social and family factors that contribute to the improvement of the services offered from the proposal of the Health Services Entity -ESALUD, as well as to analyze those that appear as limiting strategies that were weakening the quality of the services offered with an unclear idea of comanagement, the same capacity to respond to the demands of the users, the team of professionals specialized in the care and prevention of health, sustainability and the empowerment capacity of Elderly people with the purpose of improving living conditions and their recognition as worthy subjects capable of actively contributing to the development of their family, social group, community and country. The involvement of actors such as: ESSALUD Health Services Entity through the Center for the Elderly and Older Adults program, acting and participating through some collaboration spaces to improve management and services according to their reality and demands, allows to build knowledge from the reflection on the actions carried out so that the proposed solution helps to cover some weakened spaces in the implementation and operation of the Center for the Elderly and therefore of the PLANPAM 2013-2017.
