Abstract

The purpose of Al Toke! is, with the use of new technologies, to provide families with security, confidence, accessibility and availability when choosing the most suitable technical services to solve their needs. This work corroborated the hypotheses related to desirability, feasibility and viability, where it was concluded that the application is easy to use for potential customers through usability tests that were developed in the Figma tool (2021), where the interviewed users successfully completed all assigned tasks with an abandonment rate of 0%. After this, it was corroborated that the operation plan is optimal, Al Toke! achieves an attention time of 20 minutes, being this time less than doing it without the application. Finally, it was corroborated that the commissions agreed with the technicians allow satisfying the requirements demanded by the shareholders, with an initial investment of S/269,710 reaches a VANE of S/1,018,681 and a TIRE higher than the one demanded by the shareholders. On the other hand, it is socially relevant because it generates positive impacts contributing to ODS 8 and 10. Lastly, it is socially profitable since its social VAN amounts to S/1,901,527, which supports its sustainability and responsibility, both socially and environmentally. Based on the above, the team suggests investing in the proposed project.
